In case there was any question...

we are definitely in the south as can be seen by the fried bologna sandwich sign at the local fair...
The fair was at a town nearby in TN, Trade, which used to be a Colonist/Native American trading post. We have decided that if we ever need Emily to see what white people pretending to be "Indians", as they called themselves, look like, we will take her there, otherwise, not so much. We did really like the Grist Mill though and will be buying our flour for bread and such from there from now on. Yeah for local organic wheat flour! And here is a pic of Joe and Emily using their handy dandy carrier (mommy uses it daily around the house to get chores done as well as the Maya Wrap has yet to be embraced by Emily Dear).
And finally, you get to see a pic of Emily's first real bath in her baby bath tub. Umbilical cord is all healed and she needed a good soaking. She loved it; she just couldn't stop staring at herself in the mirror and didn't mind being washed at all. The only cries came when she had to get out and got a bit chilly. We quickly warmed her up with a nightie, socks, hat and mittens though and everything was right as rain again.
I replanted my tomatoes in gigantic pots today. They have lots of blossoms and fruit already. YEAH!!! I am so looking forward to home grown tomatoes this year. OK, that's all for now. Oh, the PUPPPS is on the decline which is a HUGE relief...not gone yet but on it's way!
